So how's this for a GPS implementation...18 London cabs are fitted with GPS. Web geeks from all over the world buy/sell properties along the route of these taxis and receive/pay rent based on property ownership.

It's all live and the winder get's their mortgage paid for a year. I haven't read the rules - so I'm not sure if the winner needs to be a UK bloke or not.
